The new type of vortex concave aerator (aeration head) directly injects "micro bubbles" into the untreated sewage through the diffuser impeller. Under the joint action of coagulant and flocculant, the suspended solids are physically and chemically flocculated to form large suspended solids flocs. Under the floating effect of the bubble group, "flocs" float up to the liquid level to form scum, which is separated from the water by the slag scraper; There is no need to clean the nozzle, and blocking will not occur.
The machine is composed of submersible pump, ejector, diffuser, suction pipe and hose. On the basis of the traditional jet mechanism, the advanced dispersion technology is integrated, and the jet aeration mode is adopted.
During operation, the pump impeller rotates at high speed driven by the submersible motor, pushing the slurry mixture into the jet ejector to form a jet, generating a negative pressure area around the jet, sucking air into the negative pressure area of the jet nozzle through the suction pipe, fully mixing air, water and mud in the throat of the jet ejector, and gradually converting the kinetic energy of the jet into pressure energy through the diffusion pipe of the jet ejector before entering the diffuser. In the diffuser, the mixture of gas, water and mud is further mixed, forcing the gas to continue shearing, crushing and emulsifying, ensuring that most of the oxygen is fully dissolved in water. At the same time, under the action of the pressure of the jet fluid, the jet carries oxygen molecules and tiny bubbles, which are ejected and diffused from the nozzle of the diffuser obliquely downward, forming an impact on the water body and sludge at the bottom of the biochemical tank. After stirring, the microbubbles rise slowly from the bottom of the tank to the water surface. The microbubbles stay in the water for more than 30 seconds, so that the oxygen in the air is fully dissolved and absorbed, and the oxygen transfer efficiency and oxygen charging capacity are improved.
This equipment can generate high negative pressure and strong turbulence, stirring and shearing between mud and air in the jet, promote high-frequency oscillation of liquid film and gas film, greatly reduce the diameter of bubbles, increase the number of bubbles, increase the specific surface area of bubbles, and also make the gas-liquid film thinner, which can greatly reduce the mass transfer resistance and make oxygen molecules better transfer from gas phase to liquid phase.
